This Privacy Policy will help Parent/Guardian and Child better understand how Gridiron collects, uses, and shares personal information. If Gridiron changes its privacy practices, Gridiron may update this privacy policy. If any changes are significant, Gridiron will let the Parent/Guardian and Child know via email.

Trust is fundamental to Gridiron’s core values and we make it a significant priority that Parent/Guardian and Child trust Gridiron to do the right thing with the Parent/Guardian and Child information. Three main values guide Gridiron as Gridiron develops products and services. These values should help Parent/Guardian and Child better understand how Gridiron thinks about information and privacy.
Parent/Guardian and Child information belongs to the Parent/Guardian and Child
Gridiron carefully analyzes what types of information Gridiron needs to provide Gridiron products and services, and Gridiron tries to limit the information Gridiron collects to only what Gridiron really needs. Gridiron develops software solutions and Gridiron partners with third party software applications providers that Gridiron may utilize to provide a particular application or service. Where possible, Gridiron deletes or anonymizes this information when Gridiron no longer needs it. In all of this work Gridiron’s guiding principle is that Parent/Guardian and Child information belongs to the Parent/Guardian and Child, and Gridiron aims to only use Parent/Guardian and Child information so the Parent/Guardian and Child benefit.
We protect Parent/Guardian and Child information from others
If a third party requests Parent/Guardian and Child personal information, Gridiron will refuse to share it unless Parent/Guardian and Child gives Gridiron permission or Gridiron is legally required. When Gridiron is legally required to share Parent/Guardian and Child personal information, Gridiron will tell the Parent/Guardian and Child in advance, unless Gridiron is legally forbidden.
WHY GRIDIRON PROCESSES PARENT/GUARDIAN AND CHILD INFORMATION
Gridiron generally processes Parent/Guardian and Child information when Gridiron needs to do so to fulfill an obligation to deliver a service or product, or where Gridiron or someone Gridiron works with needs to use Parent/Guardian and Child personal information for a reason related to their business (for example, to provide Parent/Guardian and Child with a service). - Providing and improving our products and services

One of the ways in which Gridiron is able to help Gridiron customers is by using software algorithms to help improve Gridiron services. When Gridiron uses software algorithms, Gridiron either: (1) still have a human being involved in the process (and so are not fully automated); or (2) use software algorithms in ways that don’t have significant privacy implications.
YOUR RIGHTS OVER PARENT/GUARDIAN AND CHILD INFORMATION
Gridiron believes the Parent/Guardian and Child should be able to access and control Parent/Guardian and Child personal information. The Parent/Guardian and Child have the right to request access to, correct, amend, delete, restrict, or object to certain uses of Parent/Guardian and Child personal information (for example, direct marketing).
Please note that if the Parent/Guardian and Child send us a request relating to Parent/Guardian and Child personal information, we have to make sure that it is the Parent/Guardian and Child before Gridiron can respond. In order to do so, we may ask to see documentation verifying Parent/Guardian and Child identity, which Gridiron will discard after verification.
WHERE GRIDIRON SENDS PARENT/GUARDIAN AND CHILD INFORMATION
To operate Gridiron’s business, Gridiron may send Parent/Guardian and Child personal information to any state, province, or country. This data may be subject to the laws of the countries where Gridiron sends it. When Gridiron sends Parent/Guardian and Child information across borders, we take steps to protect Parent/Guardian and Child information, and we try to only send Parent/Guardian and Child information to countries that have strong data protection laws.

Gridiron is dedicated to user experience and we use many tools to help us improve the Gridiron website and commerce platform. To this end, Gridiron uses reporting and analytics cookies to collect information about how Parent/Guardian and Child use the Gridiron website and how often. These cookies only gather information for statistical purposes and only use pseudonymous cookie identifiers that do not directly identify the Parent/Guardian and Child. The performance cookies we use include:
- First party analytics cookies — Gridiron uses these cookies to estimate the number of unique visitors, to improve Gridiron websites, and to detect the most searched for words in search engines that lead to a webpage. These cookies are not used to target Parent/Guardian and Child with online marketing. CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS
If the Parent/Guardian and Child is a California resident, the Parent/Guardian and Child have the right to request information from Gridiron regarding the manner in which Gridiron shares certain categories of personal information with third parties for their direct marketing purposes, in addition to the rights set forth above. Under California law, the Parent/Guardian and Child have the right to send Gridiron a request to receive the following information:
- The categories of information Gridiron disclosed to third parties for their direct marketing purposes during the preceding calendar year;
- The names and addresses of the third parties that received the information; and
- If the nature of the third party’s business cannot be determined from their name, examples of the products or services marketed.
