Welcome back to the Gridiron Classroom. Today pro athlete, Manny Arceneaux, and his son show us how to run an effective route. Translation? Every receiver runs a predetermined path down the field. Their goal is to create space for the quarterback to slot the football into their hands for that Sports Center-worthy catch.
