Since it's the season of Back-to-School, we were inspired to bring the classroom out to the flag football field. Over the next four weeks, we're getting "In the Huddle" with Coach V. Vanita Krouch is a Gridiron Ambassador and Quarterback of the U.S. Women's National Flag Football team. Safe to say she knows a thing or two about the sport and being amazing at it.

Episode one is live. And it turns out, the cliche line is true: "Teamwork makes the dream work". Time to find out why.

"Hi, my name is Vanita and I'm with Gridiron Football, and I'm here today to talk about teamwork. So we all know teamwork makes the dream work, which is 1,000% true. And it's cliche, but it's true. I think your teammates and what you do for each other and how hard you work for each other on-and-off the field, whether it's training in the weight room or running that route hard and precise or making that throw, I think we 100% need each other at all times. I always talk about, I'm the quarterback and maybe I am a terrible quarterback and I have a great receiver like CeeDee Lamb, and I can't deliver him the ball. Well, he needs me and I need him. So it's a team. We need each other. And maybe, I get to be the Tom Brady. But then I have a Kindergarten receiver. Well Tom Brady's never going to look great with five year olds trying to catch for him. So again he needs his receivers. So again I definitely think teamwork makes the dream work. And our team motto right now for teamwork is we, not me. And it's, what are you doing yourself that's going to help the 'we' of the team, whether it's your training, whether it's going out and running your ladder drills or running your routes hard, are you running everything hard? And so we know that we don't get as much training together as a team, but we know whether we're near or apart, we're working as a team and we always keep that mentality. It's we, not me."
